The mustang files: FOIA documents on the BLM and Tom Davis

For an investigation I did of the BLM wild horse sale program for Propublica, I FOIAed a number of documents from federal and state authorities that I am sharing here. Many of the documents include freeze brand numbers that can identify individual horses. Any findings I missed, please let me know so we can continue to push of accountability in this agency.
